After completing the management trainee program, Winda made a big decision to change the direction of her life from an agribusiness graduate to public relations (PR).

JAKARTA, PRINDONESIA.CO – Winda started his career as a management trainee at the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), an international non-profit organization with the aim of developing and implementing global standards for sustainable palm oil production. In this institution, Winda Adelita Saragih has served in various divisions.
That's when she decided to make major changes in her life. The IPB Agribusiness graduate chose to join the PR Division. Besides falling in love with PR, she was also challenged to conquer the student's questions at that time. "Why haven't we heard of the RSPO even though this organization has been around for ten years?"
